How do I install your content?
Everything we make is published on the Minecraft Marketplace. Once you own a pack it downloads automatically. Just open Minecraft, go to your Library, and apply it to a new or existing world.
Which devices are supported?
Marketplace content runs on Minecraft Bedrock Edition, which covers Windows, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android. Java Edition is not supported.
I found a bug. What should I do?
Please tell us. Email contact@chickystudio.net or post in our Discord with the device you play on and what happened. Most of our fixes start life as a player bug report.
Do you take suggestions?
Always. A lot of what we build started as a player idea. Drop your suggestion in our Discord or send it over by email. We genuinely read them.
Can I use your content in videos or streams?
Yes. Feel free to record and stream anything we make. A credit or link back is appreciated but not required.
How do refunds work?
Purchases go through the Minecraft Marketplace, so billing and refunds are handled by Microsoft rather than by us. You’ll need to contact Microsoft Support for anything payment related.
